Buckwheat noodles with beef
To make the dish tasty, all three components (noodles, meat, vegetables) must be cooked at the same time, so that you can then add them all together in a serving bowl. First, let's prepare all the necessary ingredients. We wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small cubes; wash and clean all the vegetables; put on the fire a saucepan of water for the noodles.
Preheat a frying pan, lay out the beef, add a little water and simmer over medium heat until cooked for about 20 minutes. 2 minutes before the end of cooking, add grated garlic and salt to the beef.
While the meat is being cooked, cut the bell pepper into small strips, the onion into half rings, grate the carrots for Korean carrots or cut into thin strips. Put the vegetables in a skillet with a small addition of vegetable oil and water and simmer for 10 minutes.
As soon as the water boils, add some salt to it, add the noodles and cook according to the instructions on the package until tender.
Putting together the wok: divide the noodles into two portions, put the vegetables on top, then the meat. Sprinkle with fresh green onions and sesame seeds on top, pour over the sauce. Serve immediately without stirring.

Wheat noodles with meatballs
We put water on the fire for the noodles. Salt and pepper the minced meat, form small balls and bake in the oven until tender (15-20 minutes). Add the noodles to salted water and cook according to the instructions.
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the zucchini and carrots for Korean carrots. Simmer vegetables over medium heat for 10 minutes. At this time, cut the cucumber into strips. Add it to the stews, stir and remove from heat.
We collect two portions: noodles, vegetables, meat balls. Sprinkle with seeds and pour with soy sauce to taste.

Rice noodles with chicken
Rice noodles cook very quickly, in 3-4 minutes, so we postpone cooking until the very end of the dish. For now, put the water on the fire, but don't add the noodles. Cut the chicken into small cubes, put it in a frying pan and simmer. At the same time, put the green beans in another pan with a little water, simmer over medium heat. After 5 minutes, add zucchini grated on a Korean grater, pepper cut into strips, red onion in half rings to the beans. We simmer everything together until tender. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, we begin to cook the noodles.
Divide the finished noodles into two portions, add vegetables, meat and spices.
