Crab sticks, who does not know about them. There is probably no such person in our country who has not tried this product at least once, even if just in a salad. In my recipe, crab sticks are the main ingredient. Everything is prepared easily and quickly.
Crab sticks have become a very popular product. Probably, you cannot do without them when preparing treats for the festive table. My recipe is not complicated at all, but after spending a little time on it, you will prepare an excellent appetizer that will go with any hot one or will simply be an independent dish on your table.
For cooking, of course, we need crab sticks, which you can unfold. On sale there are special crab sticks for rolls, a very convenient thing, it happens that I use them, but this time I bought the most ordinary ones.
We also need cheese somewhere around 70-100 gr, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2-3 cloves of garlic, if you like spicy, you can use more.
Let's start cooking. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, or finely chop the garlic, or cut it as finely as possible. We take a container or plate, put cheese in it, add mayonnaise and garlic. Mix everything well so that the garlic is distributed throughout the mass. Add salt if necessary. I took a rather salty variety of cheese, so I didn't add salt.
We unfold the crab sticks, grease with our garlic-cheese mixture and carefully wrap them back. We do this with each stick. Carefully cut the finished rolls with a sharp knife into beautiful pieces and put them on a plate. You can use any greens for decoration.
