Instructions

Step 1

Grease the muffin pan with butter and flour. Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder. Dip the blueberries in the flour mixture.

Step 2

Beat sugar (200 grams) and butter with a mixer. Then add chicken eggs and vanilla. Pour in flour, stir, pour in milk.

Step 3

The dough should more or less converge, then the dessert will turn out to be tender and loose. Stir in the blueberries with a spatula.

Step 4

Divide the dough into tins. Combine remaining sugar with nutmeg, sprinkle with muffin caps mixture. Place the molds in the oven. Cook for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
