The taste and smell of cheesecakes with cottage cheese is probably familiar to everyone from childhood. Our grandmothers often spoiled us with this delicious delicacy. Today, unfortunately, less and less housewives bake cheesecakes with their own hands. Let's remember and cook them with love and pleasure!
It is necessary
-
- 0.5 l. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 200 gr. butter
- 800 gr. flour of the highest grade
- salt on the tip of a knife. For the filling: 300 gr. curd
- 2 yolks
- 0, 5 tbsp. Sahara
- vanillin
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the yeast dough quickly. To do this, add yeast to warm milk. Dissolve them in milk, stirring with a spoon. Then add a tablespoon of sugar and a glass of flour. Sift the flour through a sieve. Place in a warm place for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the muffin. In a bowl, combine sugar, eggs and salt. Melt the butter in a separate bowl. Cool it down.
Step 3
Add baking and butter to the dough. Mix everything well. Now gradually add the remaining flour into the dough. Knead the dough on the table. When it becomes elastic, pliable and stops sticking to your hands, the dough is ready. This will take you about 15 minutes. Then put the dough back into the dish, cover with a clean towel and place in a warm, draft-free place to rise. When your dough has tripled, you can start sculpting our cheesecakes.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to the table. Divide it into equal portions with a knife. Roll a bun out of each piece and place on a greased baking sheet at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. While the dough is coming up, prepare the cottage cheese filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese with sugar, yolks, melted butter, vanilla and flour.
Step 5
Take a glass and, dipping its bottom in vegetable oil, make a depression on each bun. Brush the edges of the bun with yolk and fill the grooves with the curd filling.
Step 6
Bake the cheesecakes until tender at 210-220 ° C. Bon Appetit!
