  • - 20 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix flour, water, salt and milk into a tough dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap, leave for an hour at room temperature. Then form two identical balls out of the dough.

Cut the mango pulp into small cubes. Combine the egg with the mango puree and the mango chunks.

Step 3

Flatten two balls of dough. Place one pancake on a dry surface, stretch to a translucent state. Do the same for the second pancake, but fry them one at a time.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil in a skillet, place the pancake, fill it with half of the mango mixture, fry for a couple of minutes over moderate heat.
