This soup will appeal not only to lovers of Thai cuisine, but also to all those who cannot imagine life without spicy dishes. The soup is spicy and aromatic, prepared with shrimp and mushrooms.
It is necessary
- - half a liter of chicken broth;
- - two tomatoes;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - a handful of champignons (you need fresh mushrooms);
- - ten pieces of shrimp;
- - coconut milk, hot tomato sauce, coriander, sugar, hot peppers, herbs, salt - at your discretion.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the tomato sauce in the boiling chicken broth. Rinse the mushrooms, remove all contaminants, cut into thin slices, send to the broth.
Step 2
Rinse fresh tomatoes and grind through a sieve, send to the broth. Season with coriander and salt to taste. At this stage, you can add a little sugar, coconut milk. Traditionally, the soup is generally prepared entirely with coconut milk, but it is not always possible to find it on sale. Stir the soup over low heat.
Step 3
Rinse the bell pepper, remove all white partitions with seeds from it, cut into strips, send to soup with thawed and peeled shrimps, cook for another five to seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the hot pepper into rings (remove the seeds from it right away!), Arrange on soup plates, pour over the prepared soup.
