Chocolate cookies in the form of neat pretzels are perfect for a friendly tea party. It's easy to cook, but it tastes fantastic.
It is necessary
- - 20 gr. cocoa;
- - 4 teaspoons of instant coffee;
- - a teaspoon of ground cinnamon;
- - 10 tablespoons of boiling water;
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - 135 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - an egg;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 220 gr. flour;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix cocoa, coffee and cinnamon. Fill with boiling water, mix, set aside.
Step 2
Beat butter and sugar with a mixer.
Step 3
Add salt, egg and vanilla extract. Beat again. Add a mixture of coffee, cocoa and cinnamon, stir.
Step 4
Finally, add flour and knead the dough of a beautiful chocolate color. We wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 6
We form a sausage from the dough and cut it into 18 equal parts.
Step 7
We make balls from pieces of dough and roll them into ropes 30 cm long, which we turn into neat pretzels. It is better to do this immediately on a baking sheet lined with baking paper so that the pretzels do not deform during transfer.
Step 8
We bake chocolate pretzels for 10 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar for beauty.
