To prepare a delicate and airy curd paste, you need to soften the butter, cut it into cubes, and grind the curd through a sieve or turn it into a creamy state with a blender. Well, now put the curd in a saucepan, add oil and turn on the fire, heat the curd to a boil, then turn off the stove and remove our airy paste.
