Boil the beets and grate.

Mix the beets with 50 ml of milk and puree with a blender.

Add the remaining milk, sugar, salt, egg, vegetable oil to the beets and mix very well.

Pour flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Dilute the dough with water and leave it for half an hour.

Grate the processed cheese, mix with chopped herbs and garlic. Season everything with sour cream and stir.

Preheat the pan well, brush it with vegetable oil and pour in some dough. Reduce heat to medium and toast the pancake on one side. When the first side has a good grip, gently turn over to the second side and lightly fry.

Put some of the filling on the pancake and roll into a roll. Repeat this procedure with each subsequent pancake.
