Pasta with meatballs is perfect for dinner. The basis of the recipe is taken from Italian cuisine. The dish is very popular and easy to prepare at home.

- - minced beef 200 g;
- - minced veal 200 g;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - chicken egg yolks 4 pcs.;
- - breadcrumbs 0.5 cups;
- - balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - ground black pepper 1 teaspoon;
- - olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - hunting sausages 200 g;
- - spaghetti 500 g;
- - 6 garlic cloves;
- - tomato paste 350 g;
- - tomatoes 1 kg;
- - Bay leaf;
- - oregano 2 teaspoons;
- - rosemary 1 teaspoon;
- - chicken broth 160 ml;
- - brown sugar 1/4 tsp;
- - fresh basil 2 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix both minced meat by hand, chopped half onion, egg yolks, bread crumbs, vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper. From the minced meat obtained, make balls with a diameter of about 2.5 cm. Put a frying pan with a thick bottom on the fire, pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into it and lay out the meatballs neatly. Fry them on all sides, avoiding sticking. Place the meatballs on a plate and set aside for now.
Step 2
For the sauce, add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil to the skillet and add the chopped hunting sausages. Fry, and in the process of frying with a fork, knead the sausages. Fry until all excess water has evaporated and the sausage is golden brown. Finely chop the remaining one and a half onions together with the garlic and place in the pan, sauté until the onion becomes transparent.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, rosemary, sausages to the onion. Stir. Add broth, sugar and sautéed meatballs. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add chopped basil and bay leaves. Simmer for another two minutes.
Step 4
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Put them on a plate, put the sauce with meatballs on top.
