It is necessary

  • - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - butter - 2 tablespoons;
  • - white stale bread - 2 slices;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - minced pork and beef - 800 g;
  • - large onion - 1 pc.;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - spices.
  • For the sauce:
  • - cream 33% - 5 tablespoons;
  • - chicken broth - 400 ml;
  • - flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the slices of stale white bread into small pieces and grind with a blender.

Step 2

Put a tablespoon of butter in the multicooker bowl and melt it. Then pour the vegetable oil into the same place. Fry the large onion, finely chopped, in the "Searing" setting until it turns golden brown, that is, for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3

Add the fried onion to the prepared ground pork and beef, as well as a raw chicken egg, salt, white stale bread chopped with a blender, pepper and any spices of your choice. Mix everything as it should. Move the formed mass to the side for about 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Form the meatballs from the resulting minced meat, the diameter of which is approximately 5-6 centimeters. Place them in the multicooker bowl after melting the remaining butter in it. Cook the dish on the “Browning” setting on each side for 3 minutes. Do not forget to cover the multicooker with a lid during this procedure.

Step 5

Transfer the finished meatballs to an empty bowl. In the fat remaining after frying the main dish, fry the wheat flour for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 6

Then add chicken broth to the flour fried in a slow cooker. Enter it in small portions, while constantly stirring the formed mass. Then pour the cream there. Cook the resulting mixture in the same mode as the meatballs for 4-5 minutes.

Step 7

After turning off the multicooker, put the meatballs in the resulting sauce.

Step 8

Cook the dish after setting the “Reheat” program for another 20 minutes. The Swedish meatballs are ready!
