Beet salad with walnuts is both a beautiful, tasty and healthy dish. It looks very original and appetizing on the table.

- - 1 pickled cucumber
- - several kernels of walnuts
- - 1 large boiled beet
- - lemon juice
- - vegetable oil
- - salt
- - lettuce leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the lettuce or tear it into random pieces with your hands. Walnuts can be chopped or left intact. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes.
Step 2
Beets can be grated on a coarse grater, cut into thin slices or large cubes. If desired, mayonnaise can be used as an additional ingredient.
Step 3
Mix the beets with pickled cucumber, salt if necessary. Place on a plate. Place lettuce leaves on top or next to it. Decorate the dish beautifully with walnuts and season with olive or vegetable oil.

Beet salad can be served on the table with additional decorations from lemon slices, parsley sprigs or with green onion pods. Walnuts can be substituted for cashews.
