It is necessary
- For 4 pots:
- - 650 g of beef or veal
- - 1.5 kg of potatoes
- - 4th table. tablespoons of butter
- - 2 onions
- - 100 ml dry white wine
- - 1 glass of meat broth
- - 1 glass of sour cream
- - 200 g of hard cheese
- - salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf - to taste
- - parsley and dill - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut onions into rings, fry until golden brown. Cut the meat into portions (the size of the piece should be such that it fits in the mouth), fry in boiling oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Arrange the meat in pots. Put potatoes on top, then fried onions. Season with salt, pepper, break the bay leaf and distribute evenly over the pots. Pour in broth. Cover the pots and place in a well-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Open the pots, pour dry wine and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Close and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve the finished dish in pots, pour over sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
