We associate a burger with junk food and fast food, but this can be easily fixed if you cook it yourself at home. A zucchini burger can be a good school breakfast or a vegetarian snack.

- - 1 avocado
- - 1 shiitake mushroom
- - 1 onion
- - 3 tbsp. l. cream cheese
- - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil

Step 1
First you need to make your burger buns. To do this, knead the dough. Add olive oil, sugar, salt to a bowl of flour. Dilute dry yeast in warm water and add to flour. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. We leave to rise for 2, 5 hours.
Step 2
After the dough has risen, you need to form future buns from it. To do this, sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on it. Knead thoroughly again and form a ball. We divide the ball into equal small parts and form rounds. Put on a greased baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 190 C for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Onions must be peeled and rinsed under cold water. Then finely chop and fry until golden brown in olive oil. Rinse the mushroom under cold water and dry. Cut into medium cubes, add to the onion and simmer together, covered for 7-8 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Rinse the zucchini under cold water, dry and cut into slices about 0.5 centimeters thick. Fry in olive oil on each side for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, carefully spoon out the pulp with a spoon and cut it into slices.
Step 5
Let the buns cool slightly and cut in half. Brush the bottom with cream cheese. Layers can be laid out. Put the avocado slices in the bottom layer, then put the zucchini and the top layer will be fried onion with mushrooms. Top with a bun and savor the taste.
