An unusual recipe for juicy and incredibly tasty meat. The meat goes well with any side dish. Be prepared for your guests to ask for a recipe and ask for additives. The meat takes a long time to cook, but it's worth it.

It is necessary

  • - 800 g pork fillet;
  • - 100 g of olives (it is better to take pitted);
  • - 1 orange;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - 1 pinch of nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and dry a piece of pork. Rub it with spices, salt and pepper.

Wrap it in plastic or plastic bag and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Step 2

While the meat is absorbing the spices, wash and cut the orange into small pieces. Chop the olives into rings.

Step 3

Remove the meat from the refrigerator, remove the cellophane.

Spread the foil into a baking dish and fold the spiced meat into it.

Step 4

Then spread the chopped oranges and olives evenly over the meat. Cover with foil and send the dish to the oven to cook. Cook the pork for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven when ready. Carefully remove the meat and cut into plastics, and pour the resulting juice on top. Serve hot.
