Thai cuisine is generally distinguished by the original taste of its dishes, so the cutlets according to this recipe will turn out to be interesting due to the addition of curry and beans to the minced fish.

It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 450 g fish fillet;
  • - 100 g green beans;
  • - 50 g of rice flour;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of coriander;
  • - 2 stalks of green onions;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fish sauce;
  • - 3 teaspoons of red curry paste;
  • - sweet chili sauce, vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a fillet of white fish, rinse it, turn it into a meat grinder or using a food processor until it is minced.

Step 2

Add flour, egg, fish sauce, coriander and curry paste to the fish. Pass the mass through a meat grinder again.

Step 3

Transfer the resulting minced meat to a bowl, add the chopped beans and green onions. Stir, shape into small patties with wet hands. Each cutlet should take about 2 tbsp. minced spoons.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.

Step 5

Fry the fish cakes on both sides until golden brown, then transfer to a paper towel, let the excess fat drain off. Serve ready-made Thai fish cakes with sweet chili sauce. As a side dish, you can cook potatoes, pasta or rice.
