Lean salad, unusual and very bright. For lovers of piquant tastes, we recommend adding garlic to the Mazurka salad. In this combination of ingredients, ordinary parsley is revealed in a new light!
It is necessary
- - 1 can of red beans;
- - 1 can of canned corn;
- - 4 pickles;
- - 1 red bell pepper;
- - 4 walnuts;
- - 1 bunch of parsley;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - garlic to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the cans of red beans and canned corn, and drain all of the liquid from both. Put vegetables from cans in one salad bowl, mix together.
Step 2
Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds, cut off the white partitions, cut the pepper into small cubes. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes too, it is better not to add excess juice to the salad.
Step 3
Take a small bunch of fresh parsley, rinse, place on a paper towel to allow excess water to glass. Then cut the greens into smaller pieces with a sharp knife. Add parsley to the beans and corn in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Chop the walnuts. It is more convenient to do this on a cutting board, pressing on the nuts with a crush, but you can chop them in any other way convenient for you. Add walnuts to the rest of the salad.
Step 5
Salt the salad, pour in the specified amount of odorless vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. You can put the salad bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes so that the Mazurka salad is infused a little, but you can serve it right away. It is convenient to prepare such a salad just before serving - it takes only 15-20 minutes to cook.
