First, wash the lemon, then take a fine grater and remove the zest with it. Butter, of course, must be melted. Take a deep cup and mix the following ingredients in it: flour, sugar, zest, butter. All this should be mixed with a whisk as quickly as possible so that the flour is saturated with oil and does not form unnecessary lumps.
Step 2
Now we introduce eggs into the resulting mixture, just not all at once, but one at a time. In this case, the dough should be mixed with a whisk after each. Next, carefully add milk to the mass a little bit and mix again until a homogeneous consistency. Leave the dough to stand for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
