Boiled potatoes "in their skins" have a dense structure. That is why it is well suited for preparing salads and casseroles. Boiled peeled potatoes turn out to be more crumbly - they are used mainly for making mashed potatoes and soups.
It is necessary
- -1 kg of potatoes
- -1 small onion
- -1 bunch of chives
- or green onions
- -150 ml wine vinegar
- -1/4 tsp mustard
- -salt
- - ground black pepper

Step 1
Boil the potatoes in a peel, then peel.
Step 2
Peel the onions, chop finely.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing: Heat the broth and mix it with chopped onions, mustard, salt and pepper.

Cut the boiled potatoes into slices, put in a salad bowl, pour over with wine vinegar.

Top with hot bouillon dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onions, mix gently.
