Instructions
Step 1
First, take a pack of jerky, unpack and rinse in cold water. It takes one cup of meat. You do not need to rinse very thoroughly. Assume that the meat gives a pleasant taste that will disappear if you get too carried away by rinsing.
Step 2
Prepare a medium-sized pot of water. Place the washed jerky in cold water and bring to a boil. Season with salt to taste and cook until the meat is cooked through. The meat will become softer. It usually takes about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Now add one cup of wheat or rice grits to your future soup. Leave the cereal to simmer in the soup and in the meantime prepare the tomato paste, pork stew and onion dressing.
Step 4
Take one iron (standard) can of stewed pork and five onions. Cut the onion into rings. Fry the onion and pork stew together in the same skillet. The action will take about 10 minutes. Then add 200 g of tomato paste to the dressing, mix thoroughly and soak in a pan for another 3-4 minutes. After browning, add the prepared dressing to the soup pot.
Step 5
Bring the soup until cooked through. The readiness of the soup is determined by the state of the cereal. When the cereals are cooked and easily chewed, the soup is ready.
Step 6
After the dressing is added and the soup is practically cooked, you need to add spices to the pan - salt, pepper, a few cloves of garlic, and it is also recommended to add sour berries.
