To make a Swedish chocolate cake, you will need: 1 cup flour, 135 g butter, ½ cup cocoa powder, 380 g granulated sugar, 3 chicken eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla sugar.

Cooking a chocolate cake

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees before making the Swedish chocolate cake directly. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with a little butter, and set it aside.

Place the butter in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat. Next, sift flour into the same container, put granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and also break three chicken eggs.

Mix all the ingredients until smooth, then pour the chocolate dough into the previously prepared mold. Put the pan in the oven and bake the Swedish chocolate cake for 35-40 minutes, during which time the crust will bake well, and the middle will remain unbaked until the end, this is the main feature of the dessert.
