Chocolate omelet will appeal to all sweet lovers, especially children, as well as those people who like to experiment.
It is necessary
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - cocoa 2 tablespoons (you can use Nesquik cocoa, but be careful with sugar);
- - yogurt or sour cream for the sauce;
- - for decoration, nuts or powdered sugar;
- - sugar (to taste);
- - 4 raw chicken eggs (or quail - 8 pieces);
- - chocolate - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a small saucepan with cream and sugar mixed. Place the saucepan over moderate heat, stir well, not boiling. Wait for the sugar to dissolve and the chocolate to melt.
Step 2
Whisk 4 eggs with a fork, pour over half of the chocolate and cream mixture and stir well.
Step 3
Melt a spoonful of butter over medium heat or in a skillet. After the foam is gone, pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet. After a while, gently push the edges of the omelet towards the center of the pan.
Step 4
After the omelet is ready, take it with a spatula and place it on a plate, folding it in half. Make three more omelets in the same way. To keep the omelets warm, cover them with foil.
Step 5
The chocolate omelet is almost done. It remains to pour it with chocolate-cream sauce. If the sauce is no longer hot, you can heat it over moderate heat, but not bring it to a boil.
