To make Easter macaroons, you will need matzo, if you hear this word for the first time, do not be alarmed - these are cakes made from dough that have not passed fermentation, they are sold in large supermarkets. These cookies are perfect for the Easter table.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- 3/4 cup toasted almond flakes
- - 0.6 cups of sugar;
- - 0, 6 glasses of matzo;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - half a glass of butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of any jam;
- - salt, vanilla extract, almond extract.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind sugar, matzo, almonds, salt in a food processor to a fine state (not until smooth!). Transfer to a bowl, add soft butter, beaten chicken egg, almond and vanilla extracts.
Step 2
Stir this mass, cover with foil, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour - this is required so that the cookies do not spread later, but get an ideal shape.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 4
Roll into small balls from the dough, put on a nasty one.

In each ball, make small indentations with your finger, fill them with jam.
Step 6
Put the cookies in the oven, bake for 10-12 minutes - the cookies should brown. Transfer the Easter cookies to a platter, refrigerate.
