Delicious chicken kebab is very easy to prepare. Thanks to the mustard marinade, the chicken pieces are crispy and the meat remains tender and juicy. Such a shish kebab can be prepared for a festive table.

It is necessary

  • - 1 chicken (weight about 2 kg),
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard
  • - 100 ml of vegetable oil,
  • - 1 teaspoon of vinegar,
  • - 3 cloves of garlic,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon,
  • - 0.5 tsp of black ground pepper,
  • - 0.5 tsp of red ground pepper,
  • - 1 teaspoon of adjika,
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken, dry it with paper towels, cut into portions.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine mustard with odorless vegetable or sunflower oil and vinegar (food grade), beat with a fork until smooth. If you use grain mustard, the marinade will be richer and the meat will be tasty.

Step 3

Salt the chicken pieces, add two types of ground pepper, chopped garlic cloves, ground cinnamon and adjika. Then pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and mix well. Cover the container with meat with cling film and refrigerate overnight or, if done in the morning, marinate for 6 hours to fry in the evening.

Step 4

Prepare the coals before grilling the kebab. Place the meat on a skewer (you can fry it on the wire rack - as it is more convenient for anyone). Fry over coals until the meat is tender. Transfer fragrant, tender, delicious chicken skewers to a wide platter, serve with fresh vegetables, sauce and your favorite drinks.
