  • medium fat cream - 65 ml,
  • unsalted butter - 3 teaspoons,
  • molds for sweets,
  • some vegetable oil for greasing the molds for candy.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind the iris (preferably smaller) and melt in a water bath. In warm melted toffee, stir in one and a half teaspoons of soft butter and half of the cream. Mix everything thoroughly, we should get a smooth consistency.

Step 2

We clean the hazelnuts in advance, we need half a glass. Fry the hazelnuts over low heat, do not overcook (if desired, hazelnuts can be replaced with almonds or any other nuts).

Lubricate the molds for future sweets with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared toffee mass into molds, and put a fried nut in the center.

We put the molds with the blanks in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cooking the icing.

Making the icing is easy enough. Combine one and a half tablespoons of butter with the rest of the cream and melted chocolate. The glaze is ready. Cover the candies with icing and put them in the refrigerator.

It is best to cook sweets in the evening, as they need time. The candies should stand in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
