Mushroom sauce "Tamerlane" has a rich spicy taste. Champignons can be cut into large pieces or chopped with a blender. Through these experiments, you will make two sauces with the same ingredients.

  • - vegetable oil
  • - 6 eggs
  • - 150 g pickled gherkins
  • - 250 g sour cream
  • - 100 g of pickled mushrooms
  • - sugar
  • - horseradish
  • - mustard
  • - vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the eggs, remove the yolks and chop them with a fork. Add some mustard and knead the gruel. Mix the ingredients with one glass of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Chop the egg whites, cut the marinated mushrooms into small cubes or strips. Cut the gherkins into rings, grate the horseradish on a fine grater. Mix all prepared ingredients with mustard mixture.

Step 3

Heat the sauce slightly over low heat, not boiling. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to taste. Black pepper can be used as an additional ingredient. Stir in sour cream in hot sauce. Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate.

Step 4

Mushroom sauce can be used as a dressing for main dishes or served separately. Pour the mixture into a nice container and garnish with fresh parsley.
