Cheesecake with marshmallow cream does not need to be baked in the oven - it is enough for it to brew in the refrigerator overnight. It turns out a beautiful, tasty delicacy with a sandy base and the most delicate cream of mascarpone cheese and white marshmallows.
It is necessary
- - 500 g mascarpone;
- - 400 g marshmallows (marshmallows);
- - 350 g of shortbread cookies;
- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 120 g butter;
- - 50 ml of thick berry syrup;
- - 4 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- - 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the cookies in a food processor or meat grinder. Melt the butter in the microwave. Add cocoa to the liver, stir. Add butter, mix again. Tamp the base around the perimeter of the mold (it should be split). Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

While you can make the cream. Place the mascarpone and marshmallows in a glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. After that, pour in the milk, stir. Add 4 teaspoons of lemon juice, stir.

Grind the cranberries with a blender, add sugar, strain through a sieve. The result is berry syrup, you can take any ready-made syrup.

Now you need to arrange the delicacy. To do this, prepare a pipette and syrup. Begin to drip the syrup on top of the cream through the pipette, starting in the center. Now brush the drops with a toothpick without lifting your hands. The result is a beautiful pattern.
