Honey muffins are delicious, very tender pastries that will not leave anyone indifferent. They are easy to prepare, but eaten up pretty quickly!

- - 2 eggs
- - 1 spoonful of sugar
- - 2 spoons of honey
- - 250 g flour
- - 50 ml of milk
- - baking powder
- - 80 g almonds
- For syrup:
- - 300 g of honey
- - 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Coat the muffin tins with vegetable oil and flour.
Step 2
Chop the nuts. Melt butter and combine with eggs, milk, sugar and honey.
Step 3
Sift flour and add baking powder to it. Knead the dough. It should be smooth and not sticky to your hands. Then stir in the nuts and place in the tins.
Step 4
Bake for about 30 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.
Step 5
Take honey and lemon juice, mix them and put on low heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes, until the syrup thickens.
Step 6
Remove the muffin from the mold and pour over the honey syrup.
