It is necessary

  • Chocolate interlayer:
  • - 250 g of dark chocolate (you can 50/50 with milk);
  • - 90 g butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 120 g flour;
  • - 1 tsp baking powder;
  • - 1 tsp salt;
  • - 120 g of your favorite nuts;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla extract;
  • - 1/2 tsp almond extract.
  • Curd filling:
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - 180 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 120 g of sugar.
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. flour;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients in advance: the butter for the filling should be soft, so remove the briquette from the refrigerator beforehand. Grind the nuts into medium crumbs (using a knife, grinder or kitchen processor).

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment. You can do without parchment, just grease it with oil, but it’s easier and more accurate to get the finished product.

Step 3

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Add butter there and place the pan in a water bath. Melt and stir until smooth. Set aside from heat to cool slightly chocolate mixture.

Step 4

Separately, use a hand whisk to whisk the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Sift flour and baking powder into the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Then pour in the chocolate and butter mixture, add the chopped nuts and stir until smooth. Add vanilla and almond extracts last, stir one last time and transfer half of the mass to the prepared form.

Step 5

For the filling, simply combine all the ingredients with a mixer. Put all the filling on the chocolate crust, flatten (I do it with a wet spatula). Cover the top with the second half of the chocolate mass and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick: it should come out damp, but not wet.
