  • - gelatin (20 g);
  • - sugar (1 tsp);
  • - salt (a quarter teaspoon);

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the pork pulp in salted water. Let it cool, cut the meat into thin slices. If the pieces are large, cut into 3-4 pieces.

Strain the warm juice with gelatin through a fine sieve. Fill the jelly molds halfway with the juice. Let this layer harden.
