Ingredients for the cones:

  • Powdered sugar - 100 g;
  • Flour - 120 g;
  • Butter - 2 tsp;
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Strawberries or cherries - 200 g;
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • Heavy cream - 300 g.

Preparation:

  1. To make the cones, pour sugar into a bowl of broken eggs and beat the resulting mixture. Add 100 g flour. Stir very thoroughly.
  2. Now you need to prepare the oven by heating it to an approximate temperature of 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of flour. This procedure will have to be repeated, because it will not work to bake all the cones in one go. Place the dough on a prepared baking sheet using round molds (if there are no such molds, then you can use foil) with a diameter of 15 centimeters.
  3. Bake rounds in the central part of the oven for about five minutes. You can determine readiness by a ruddy dough. After cooking, remove the round pieces from the baking sheet and wrap them in cones, for this you can use champagne glasses or shot glasses. If the dough is too hard and stiff, then you need to soften it in the oven for a couple of seconds. Chill the dough on glasses, it should take the desired shape.
  4. While the cones were baking, the filler could be prepared. To do this, beat the heavy cream with a blender. Add granulated sugar and berries there.
  5. Fill the cones with filler just before serving and place them in a vase. You can decorate the finished cones with fresh berries or pastry decorations.
