Spoil your loved ones on the weekend with a tender roll with delicious filling. It will take quite a long time to prepare the yeast dough, but it's worth it, these pastries just melt in your mouth.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - dry yeast - 5 g (1/2 sachet);
- - egg - 2 pcs.;
- - milk - 0.5 l;
- - sugar - 1, 5 cups;
- - salt - 1/2 teaspoon;
- - flour - 1 kg;
- - vanillin - 1 pinch;
- - vegetable oil;
- - icing sugar.
- For filling:
- - blueberry jam - 300 g;
- - chopped nuts - 0.5 cups.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir the yeast in warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and some flour. Place the mass in a warm place.
Step 2
Beat eggs with sugar until the mixture turns white. Add salt, vanillin, risen yeast and leftover flour. Melt the margarine and pour into the dough. Stir everything until smooth and knead for about 10 minutes. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours to come up.
Step 3
Make a flat cake and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Then roll it into a layer about 2 cm thick.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Spread the blueberry jam evenly on top of the juices. sprinkle with chopped nuts on top. Roll the cake into a roll and brush it with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Place in the preheated oven to bake until tender. The finished roll should be well browned. Take it out of the oven, cool it and sprinkle it with icing sugar on the cooled roll.
