With canned corn and green peas, you can make a variety of healthy and delicious salads. Vegetable dishes are very light and tasty, do not harm your figure. They cook in a matter of minutes, but at the same time they turn out to be quite satisfying.
It is necessary
- - pine nuts 100-170 g
- - canned corn 160-170 g
- - canned green peas 140-150 g
- - dill
- - garlic 2 cloves
- - lime 1 pc.
- - soy sauce
- - carrots 3-5 pcs.
- - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- - salt 1 pinch
- - sesame
- - pepper
- - lettuce greens 1 bunch
- - green beans 140-160 g
- - onion 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil carrots and beans. Cut the cooled carrots into slices.
Step 2
Rinse canned peas and canned corn and add to the carrots and beans. Season everything with freshly squeezed lime juice (if there is no lime, you can replace it with lemon).
Step 3
In a bowl, combine dill, garlic, salt, olive oil, soy sauce and puree with a blender. Season the salad with the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Rinse pine nuts and fry a little. Coarsely chop the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Add fried pine nuts, sesame seeds and onions to the salad, cut into half rings. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with lettuce on top.
