Instructions
Step 1
Cook salmon in the microwave. To do this, put the fish in a thermal dish, add a little water and put it in the oven for 4-7 minutes at medium temperature.
Step 2
Peel the skin and bones of the salmon, cut into medium pieces. Boil the shrimps until tender, remove the shells. Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and put in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, and if they were frozen, then keep it longer.
Step 3
Finely chop the cabbage. Cut the pepper into strips, the cucumber into slices, finely chop the dill and parsley. Put all the ingredients in a cup.
Step 4
Stir the soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon wedge in a small bowl. Then pepper, salt the salad and mix. Put the dish on the table in rosettes, adding bell pepper for decoration.
