It is necessary

  • - 350 ml of water;
  • - 400 g flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 0.5 tsp salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Spring rolls can be made from either regular flour or rice. We will use regular, premium wheat. We will cook the dough in the processor - this is a great time saver. But all the manipulations can be done manually!

Step 2

Pour flour into the mixer bowl, add salt and vegetable oil, water, mix everything until a dough is formed. Then fill it with a glass of water so that the whole dough is covered and leave for 10 hours (I leave it overnight).

Step 3

After the specified time interval, drain the water and knead with a mixer at medium speed for about 10-15 minutes. It will take a little more time to knead the dough by hand: the finished dough lags behind the walls.

Step 4

Place a good nonstick skillet over medium heat and heat up. We do not need to lubricate it with oil. Next, we make the fire minimal - we do not need a strong heat in any case!

Step 5

We take a lump of dough and apply it to the surface of the pan, gently pressing and smearing so that a trace remains. Take a spatula and carefully smooth out any irregularities in the print.

Step 6

At this point, the dough begins to dry. As soon as we see that it has already dried out along the edges, we begin to very carefully pry it with a spatula. So gradually remove the entire pancake from the pan and wrap any suitable favorite filling!
