It is necessary
- - slightly salted salmon - 300 grams;
- - feta cheese - 100 grams;
- - walnuts - 4 pieces;
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - pitted olives - 10 pieces;
- - five sprigs of parsley;
- - one lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
First, crush the feta cheese, chop the nuts, brown them in a skillet (no need to add oil!).
Step 2
Pass the garlic through a press, rinse the herbs, dry. Chop half of the parsley. Cut the olives into slices. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
Step 3
Next, mix the nuts, feta cheese, herbs and garlic. Cut the salmon into thin slices, put a small amount of filling on each slice, gently roll into rolls. The appetizer is ready!
