  • - frozen peeled mussels - 200 g;
  • - tomato - 1 pc;
  • - boiled mushrooms - 100 g;
  • - leaf salad;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sweet chili sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - a clove of garlic;
  • - leeks - 1 pc;
  • - lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
  • - dill.

Instructions

Step 1

So, first let's figure it out, so to speak, with mussels. First of all, we defrost them, rinse them very thoroughly, then send them to boil in already boiling water for about 3 minutes. After they are cooked, we transfer them to a colander.

Then we chop the following foods: leek and tomato. We cut the first into rings, the second into segments.

Now you should mix the following ingredients: mussels, leeks, tomato and any boiled mushrooms.

Next, you need to make a dressing for our future salad. Simply mix the soy sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice in one bowl. Garlic should first be passed through a press. The resulting mixture should be poured into the mass with mussels and mixed thoroughly.

Step 5

Put lettuce leaves on a plate. On them, respectively, we put the "Breeze" salad. Decorate with herbs.
