The husband and daughter do not like cottage cheese very much. But it contains a lot of calcium and other nutrients. So I made a cottage cheese pie. They did not even notice this product. We ate everything in one evening! The recipe is my own invention. I will gladly share it with you.
It is necessary
- - 2 packs of cottage cheese,
- - 4 egg yolks,
- - 2 tbsp. l. decoys,
- - 2-3 tbsp. l sugar
- - a small pinch of salt,
- - vanillin - to taste,
- - 1 sachet of baking powder,
- - 1 glass of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
We take 2 packs of cottage cheese. We mix them into a homogeneous mixture. I use a food processor for this, but you can also beat it with a mixer or by hand. Then I add 4 egg yolks to the curd, 2 tbsp. l. semolina, 3 tbsp. l sugar. Then add a small pinch of salt, as well as vanillin and a bag of baking powder.
Step 2
If the cottage cheese is a little dry, cream will help you. Add 2-3 tbsp. l. cream in cottage cheese. Better if they are greasy. I mix everything thoroughly. I also add a glass of flour here. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
Step 3
In order for the curd pie to acquire additional flavors, you can add a little jam to your taste or dried fruits, such as raisins, chopped prunes and dried apricots, to the dough.
Step 4
Now I grease the pan with oil. And also sprinkle it with semolina. I put the pie in the pan. I put a few small pieces of butter on top. I put it in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
