  • - 100 g zucchini
  • - 100 g feta cheese
  • - 150 g potatoes
  • - 1 small carrot
  • - 1 bow
  • - 100 g of celery
  • - 1 egg
  • - 40 g cream
  • - 30 g flour
  • - 50 g parsley and basil
  • - salt and pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. After rinsing and peeling the carrots, grate or cut into very fine strips. Rinse the zucchini and potatoes and cut. You need to cut it in the form of small cubes.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over a fire. First place the carrots, fry for a couple of minutes, then add the onions and heat until they are slightly browned. Then add the cubes of zucchini and potatoes.

Step 3

Pour in half a glass of salted water and simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked. The extinguishing time will take about 20 minutes. About 10 minutes before the end of the braising process, add chopped parsley, basil and celery to the vegetables.

Step 4

Mash the cooked food until puree. Add the egg and flour when the puree has cooled. Stir. Mix cheese with cream. Add half of the mixture to the puree. Turn on the oven and leave to heat.

Step 5

Put the puree in a baking dish. It is advisable to use silicone, it will be easier to remove from it after baking. Spread the remaining half of the cheese and cream mixture on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
