Put them in a bowl, salt, add seasonings, a little water and stir well. As seasoning for fish, you can use lemon juice, ginger, black pepper, onion, garlic, dill, parsley … Just don't put too much, because mackerel itself is a very tasty fish and seasonings should only slightly emphasize its taste. Add a spoonful of liquid smoke or soy sauce. Mix thoroughly again to distribute the additive evenly. Place the fish in a deep microwave dish and turn on 100% power for five to seven minutes. After turning off the microwave, do not put the mackerel immediately, keep it there for a few more minutes. Under the influence of microwaves, the fish heats up very much, and continues to cook after switching off for some time. You should make a delicious, smoke-smelling fish, serve it with mashed potatoes or rice.
