When you don't have much time to make treats and you want to cook something tasty, you can make truffle candies. If until now it seemed to you that their preparation should be long and laborious, then this is not at all the case.
If you want to make truffles, the recipe can be very simple. Even children, who can be fully entrusted with the preparation of these sweets, can quite cope with it. As for the time, you will need about ten minutes to complete all the necessary actions and about an hour to cool the finished delicacy to the desired consistency.
To make ten candies, prepare 200 g of icing sugar, a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder, 120 g butter (it must be softened first). You can add a tablespoon of whiskey or rum for taste.
Suitable for decoration are coconut flakes, powdered sugar, grated chocolate, cocoa, nut crumbs.
Beat the butter with a mixer, add the icing sugar, beat until a homogeneous fluffy mass is obtained. Add cocoa powder, rum or whiskey. Stir until smooth.
Place what you have chosen for sprinkling on a platter. Roll up walnut-sized balls from the truffle mass and roll each - in powder, cocoa powder, grated chocolate of your choice. Spread the finished candies on a platter, you can decorate them with nuts, chocolate melted in a water bath, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Now put the dish with sweets in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, you can serve them to the table. You will also need to store truffles in the refrigerator.
