Alsatian pie is a French cuisine dish. Thanks to the soufflé, the delicacy turns out to be very tasty and tender. With this dish you will decorate the festive table and surprise your guests.

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine flour, egg, lemon zest, granulated sugar, butter and whisk well in a blender. The dough will be tough.

Then put the dough in a baking dish, spread evenly over the surface and make a high side.
Step 3
Wash the apples well, then peel them, cut into wedges and place on the dough. Sprinkle the apples with granulated sugar to taste.
Step 4
Make a soufflé. Beat 2 eggs in a mixer until foam forms, add 125 g of granulated sugar and beat thoroughly until completely dissolved, add 20 g of flour. Gently pour in the cream in a small stream. Pour the soufflé over the cake.
Step 5
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown for about 1 hour.
