- - 3 cups watercress;
- - 2 ripe avocados;
- - 500 g meat (chicken, pork, rabbit);
- - 25 g of tarragon;
- - juice of 1 lemon;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh tarragon leaves, dry and chop into small pieces.
Step 2
Wash, dry and chop the boston salad. Combine with watercress and place on a small serving plate.

Step 4
Use olive oil when roasting meat. Take the required piece of meat and bake in the oven.
Step 5
Chop the baked meat and place with the avocado and tarragon on the lettuce leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the lemon-olive mixture over the jars well.
