- - Flour - 300 g;
- - Chicken eggs of a large size - 2 pcs.;

- - Ground black pepper to taste;
- - Salt;
- - Sugar - 0.5 tsp;
- - Baking dough - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - Sesame - a few handfuls for decoration (optional);
- - Baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to boil the chicken fillet. Rinse it under running water, put it in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook at moderate temperature for half an hour. Then take it out and cool.
Step 2
In the meantime, let's prepare the pie dough. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork. Add milk, 1 level teaspoon salt, sugar and stir. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and add this mixture in portions to the egg and milk mass. Mix the resulting dough thoroughly until all flour lumps disappear. After that, leave it to brew for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small pieces, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater or chop into small cubes. Combine the filling in a cup, adding salt to taste, black pepper and butter.
Step 4
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 190 degrees. While it's warming up, take a baking dish and brush it with any oil. Pour in half of the prepared dough, put the filling on top and cover with the remaining dough. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds for decoration. Send the piece to the oven and bake the pie for about 20-25 minutes. Check the readiness of the product with a toothpick. Pierce the middle with it, if it's dry, then the baked goods can be taken out.
Step 5
Leave the cake on the table for 10 minutes. Then cut into pieces and you can invite everyone to the table. It can be served hot or cold.
