It is now fashionable to order pizza at home. It is not that expensive, it is tasty, and the assortment in pizzerias with home delivery is quite diverse. I once ordered a seafood pizza. I liked it very much, and I decided to cook something like this myself.
It is necessary
- Pizza base - 1 piece (or depending on the desired number of pizzas)
- Semi-hard cheese (I have Russian) - 200 gr
- Frozen shrimps - 200 gr
- Lightly salted red trout fish - 150 gr
- Imitation of red caviar (you can use real red caviar)
- Microwave
- Grater
Instructions
Step 1
Those who have the time and desire to prepare the pizza base can do it themselves. I did it easier: I bought a ready-made base, it can be stored in the freezer. From it, the pizza base turns out to be tender, rather thin and crispy.
We prepare the cheese - we grate it and sprinkle the base with a dense layer of it. Cheese is the main fixer between the base of the pizza and whatever we put on top.
Step 2
We prepare seafood.
Defrost frozen shrimps and boil in boiling water for two minutes, cool on a separate plate. I used already peeled shrimp.
Cut lightly salted trout from the skin and finely chop.
Step 3
Next, put the seafood on a layer of grated cheese. We decorate our product on top with imitation of red caviar (who does not mind, you can use natural caviar).
If you don't want to eat your pizza right now, you can put it in the refrigerator before using it. If you want to enjoy yourself immediately, heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W to melt the cheese and attach the filling to the pizza.
The result is a delicious, aromatic, crispy pizza with seafood! She is refined, gentle and will delight the whole family.
