First, defrost the seafood.

Add flour and a little salt to a bowl, cover it with yeast. Add 250 ml of boiled water and knead the dough. Then put it back in the bowl, cover it with a tea towel and put it in a warm place for half an hour.

Meanwhile, I wash my orange and rub its peel on a fine grater. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Step 4
Stir the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, garlic and orange zest in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the smoked tomatoes and mozzarella into strips.

Wash thawed seafood, strain and dry.

Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal parts. Sprinkle the surface with flour. Roll each part into circles 12 cm in diameter.
