We suggest you prepare a wonderful, rather unusual appetizer that will certainly decorate any table. Prunes stuffed with a spicy filling really resemble mussels. Such a dish will delight all guests with its taste and appetizing appearance.
It is necessary
- - prunes - 300 g;
- -hard cheese (you can also use processed cheese) - 100-120 g;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - walnuts - 100 g;
- - garlic - to taste;
- -mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons;
- - greens, lettuce, cherry tomatoes.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the prunes thoroughly under running water and fill with boiling water for 10 minutes. We need a soft prune so that it will be convenient to work with later.
Step 2
Let the water drain, dry the berries. We cut each prune lengthwise, forming a pocket.
Step 3
Peel the nuts and lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Cool and chop finely, but you can skip this, but add a whole nut to the inside of the prunes.
Step 4
Boil the egg in salted water, cool. We only need the yolk at this stage, so we cut it into small cubes or crush it with a fork.

Wash greens, dry and chop finely.

Grate the cheese with small holes.

In a small container, combine all the ingredients, salt, add crushed garlic and season with mayonnaise.

Let the mass brew a little for 10-15 minutes.

Put the mass in the "pockets" of prunes and put it on a dish.

Decorate everything with herbs, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and serve.
