You can quickly prepare delicious nutty muffins for tea. They turn out to be very delicate and fragrant; when cooled, they do not settle - they remain the same airy.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of walnuts;
- - 1/2 cup whey, kefir or milk;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 1/2 cup flour;
- - 1/4 cup semolina;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 1 teaspoon of soda and cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
Take whey, milk or kefir out of the refrigerator in advance - the drink should be at room temperature. Add cinnamon, baking soda, sugar, and semolina to your drink of choice.
Step 2
Add sour cream to the fragrant mixture, stir until smooth.
Step 3
Be sure to peel the walnuts, chop with a sharp knife. Send the nuts to the milk mixture, stir it.
Step 4
Drive chicken eggs into the mass, mix thoroughly (here you already need to use a mixer). Pour flour in small portions, continuing to stir with a mixer at low speed. After that, let the finished dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Take muffin cups, grease them with butter, or line them with special paper liners. Fill 1/3 full with nut dough, when baking, the dough will definitely rise - keep this in mind, do not fill the molds to the brim.
Step 6
Cook nut muffins for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Depending on the size of the muffin tins and your oven, baked goods may take 5 minutes less or longer to cook. Serve hot walnut muffins right away, or let them cool slightly.
