Penne paste is a medium-sized straw cut obliquely. You can cook them in different ways: some people like classic Italian recipes more, while others want to cook savory shrimp penne.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 80 ml of olive oil;
- - 20-30 gr. grated parmesan;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - a spoonful of cane sugar;
- - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
- - half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes (or to taste);
- - 500 gr. fresh shrimp;
- - 250 gr. penne;
- - salt and black pepper;
- - several stalks of green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, squeezed garlic, parmesan cheese, cane sugar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
Step 2
Put the peeled shrimps into the mixture and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally overnight). Stir the shrimp periodically.
Step 3
Boil the penne according to the instructions, put it in a colander.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, put the shrimps in it along with the sauce, fry for a few minutes - the shrimps should turn red.
Step 5
Add penne to the pan, salt and pepper the dish to taste, mix. Serve the finished dish immediately, garnish with finely chopped green onions and Parmesan if desired.
