- - 300 g of mineral water
- - two eggs
- - flour

Step 1
To make your pancakes with herbs, you will need two small bunches of parsley and dill. Wash them, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Grind the herbs in a blender. Add two eggs and beat together with the herbs.

Transfer to a separate bowl. Add two hundred grams of mineral water. Mix well. Season to taste. Add enough flour to make a pancake dough. Mix the resulting mass well. Add another hundred grams of mineral water, two tablespoons of refined olive oil. Mix thoroughly again.
Step 3
Preheat the pan. Better to use a frying pan for frying pancakes. Pour in some vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the pan with a large spoonful. Once the pancake is browned on one side, flip it over to the other side.
Step 4
Pancakes are best served with sour cream. Whisk the sour cream in a blender with a clove of garlic.
